Workforce

The Workforce management division is responsible for manpower planning including recruitment and selection and human resource administration.

The key functions that the division implements include:

  • plans and coordinates staff relations
  • welfare programmes and initiatives,
  • promote talent management.
  • Initiate and implement HR Policies, procedures and guidelines.

The division oversees the employee relations and staff welfare that provides effective industrial relations services, provision of employee welfare and assistance programs that promote constructive employee management relations to foster a harmonious industrial relations climate.

  • Talent attraction and retention rates  
  • Diversity equity and inclusion
  • Number of internal promotions
