Business Development Department (BDD)

The department supports Education and Training Providers (ETPs) in areas that include qualifications design, learning program development, and curriculum and assessment development to build capacity. It conducts research to inform education and training policies and strategies, evaluates and registers qualifications to ensure their legality, validity, and credibility, and develops standards for recognizing external qualifications.
