Quality Management Systems (QMS) Division

The Quality Management System Division (QMSD) is mandated to establish and maintain the Authority’s Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with the ISO 9001 standard. The Division works with departments across the organisation to ensure that processes and relevant documentation (i.e. policies, operating manuals, standards, guidelines, procedures, forms, checklists, and various forms of templates) required for the delivery of its products and services are in place and are being implemented.
