Our EVOKE strategy focuses on three areas
Organizational Renewal: Through which we address cultural issues and put in place the requisite enablers to develop a high-performing and engaged workforce.
Operational Efficiency: This theme puts together processes, policies and technological enablers to ensure world-class service delivery for our stakeholders.
Shaping BQA’s Future: We manage the uncertainty surrounding BQA’s external environment and proactively engage with critical stakeholders to help shape the Authority's future.
Equity in our strategy is about promoting a culture of fairness, quality of service and access to all learners. Equity must be seen across all levels of our ETPs, Students, Faculty and Governing bodies. Our vision going forward, focuses on an education system it supports learning and well-being of the learner, as well as integrating education for sustainable development.
Our strategy centres around the learner undergirded by a service culture of efficiency and effectiveness. We at BQA, are intentional about our commitment to be a responsive organisation. Underpinning this strategy, are 5 core values being Customer Focus, Innovation, Accountability, Inclusivity and Teamwork.
