This is a strategic service designed to enhance skills, knowledge, and competencies of all stakeholders within the education and training sector. Through targeted training, professional development initiatives, and resource support, the BQA aims to empower individuals and organizations to achieve higher standards, adapt to industry changes, and drive innovation for sustainable growth. Capacity Building service offers guidance and support so that the NCQF is adequately provided for,  and the education, training, and skills development quality assurance system is well directed. The service also supports the generation of alternative income streams, contributing to the Authority’s mission of continuous improvement and sector advancement.
