Finance Division

The Finance function is responsible for managing the Authority's financial resources, ensuring sustainability, liquidity, and compliance with financial regulations. Its key duties include financial management, planning, and budgeting to achieve business objectives; financial reporting and compliance to ensure accurate and transparent financial statements; cash flow and treasury management to maintain liquidity and optimize cash inflows and outflows; maintaining a fixed assets register to track and report on the Authority’s assets; and payroll management, ensuring accurate and timely employee payments in accordance with statutory requirements.
