Administration Division

The Facilities and Administration function is responsible for managing the Authority's physical infrastructure, office operations, and support services to ensure a productive and efficient work environment. Its key responsibilities include providing administrative services such as office cleaning, waste collection, and fleet management, as well as managing facilities to maintain a safe, secure, and compliant workspace. It also oversees procurement to ensure ethical practices and cost control, manages supplies and vendor payments, and ensures effective asset management by maintaining and inspecting furniture and equipment. Additionally, the function implements procedures for the disposal of obsolete assets in compliance with regulations.
