Strategy Management and Programmes Office

The Division is responsible for guiding and coordinating the formulation, execution, monitoring, evaluation, and reporting of the Authority’s strategic direction. It ensures that initiatives and projects align with the Authority’s goals. The division also oversees program management to ensure effective strategic planning and budgeting.

The following are functions under the division:

  • corporate strategic planning, 
  • performance monitoring and evaluation, 
  • providing in-house support for project and programme management, 
  • cross-functional collaboration, stakeholder engagement, and communicating the strategy.
