Information Technology Division

The Division is tasked with planning, organising, and coordinating the delivery of IT services in a way that ensures maximum user accessibility while maintaining efficiency. It is also responsible for creating a conducive work environment for the team and managing resources to achieve its objectives. Additionally, ITD offers IT advisory services to BQA.

The Division undertakes the following activities:

  • Ensuring Systems and Infrastructure are available
  • Ensuring that information systems are aligned to the Authority’s needs.
  • Ensuring electronic communications and printing services are available
  • Loaning out equipment for workshop events (availability allowing)
