Search and find qualifications of interest and their unit standards
Framework
The National Credit and Qualifications Framework means an instrument developed for the classification of qualifications according to a set criteria, for specified levels of learning achieved. The framework also facilitates the coordination of education and training in Botswana, assessment of learning and the award of credits and certificates. The framework sets quality standards in the provision of education and training in Botswana, as well as moderation across fields of learning and levels of qualifications.

- Provides access and progression in education and training.
- Supports a Human Resource Development driven approach to the economy.
- Creates a better fit between labour supply and demand.
- Promotes international recognition of the local qualifications
